Shipping and Refunds
The GDCSS Marketplace ships via the US Postal Service for all domestic and international packages. The website automatically calculates the price of the shipment depending on the weight and dimension of your order. We do not pad our prices for shipping, you pay what we pay to ship it to you. If we can find a more cost-effective way to send it, we will do so and reimburse you the difference. Otherwise, for Domestic orders, you will receive your package by priority mail 2-3 days after order fulfilment.
For International orders, you will receive your package by First Class Package International 6-10 days after order fulfilment. We are currently able to fulfil orders to: Canada (1), UK including Scotland and Ireland (3), Columbia (8), and China (6). The maximum weight limit is 4 pounds (64 oz.) Please see the international shipping guidelines below to ensure the best rate for your purchases. If you get a message at checkout saying that there are no shipping methods available for your cart or destination, your package is over the weight limit. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you by finding the best rate possible for your purchases.
The GDCSS Marketplace is not responsible in postal service or customs delays.
Given the products we sell are often custom made and crafted to order, we do not generally offer a refund or credit towards purchases unless required under consumer protection laws. If your package was damaged in shipping, please send a photo of the packaging and the damage to email@example.com upon receipt. Refunds, credits, and replacements will be handled on a case by case basis. Otherwise, all sales are final.
